To delete your account or your data, open the RunAstra app, go to Profile, then tap "Delete my account" or "Delete my data". A secure link will be generated and opened here.

Partial Data Deletion - RunAstra

Overview
This page describes the partial deletion of certain categories of data - without deleting your account. Your login credentials, astrological profile, and token balance are retained.

Data That Can Be Partially Deleted

How to Request a Partial Deletion
Option 1 - From the app (journal entries only)
To delete an individual journal entry:
- Open RunAstra
- Go to the Journal section
- Long‑press the entry you wish to delete
- Choose Delete
Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Option 2 - By e‑mail (all other categories)
For the other partial deletions (draw history, check‑ins, batch of journal entries):
- Send an e‑mail to
runastra.contact@gmail.com - From the e‑mail address associated with your account (the one used for Google Sign‑In)
- With the subject:
Demande de suppression de données RunAstra - Specify exactly which categories you want deleted (e.g., “Draw history”, “All my check‑ins”).
We will process your request within 30 days maximum (typically within 7 days).
You will receive a confirmation e‑mail once the deletion has been carried out.
Your Other Rights
In addition to partial deletion, you have (GDPR art. 15‑22) the following rights, exercisable at the same e‑mail address:
- Right of access: copy of all your data in a readable format
- Right to rectification: correction of inaccurate data
- Right to data portability: retrieval of your data in a structured format (JSON)
- Right to restriction of processing
- Right to object
